About RICHARD SEAH
Richard Seah’s proudest achievement is that he has not consulted a doctor, nor taken any pharmaceutical drug – not even an antibiotic nor a Panadol – for over 21 years, ever since he discovered natural health in 1985. This is in sharp contrast to his earlier life, when he was constantly falling ill, visiting the doctors and taking their medicines every few weeks.
On his personal website, Richard Seah unabashedly describes himself as a man of “many interests, many talents”.
A writer by profession, Richard Seah is also a photographic artist, layout artist, web designer / web builder, audiophile hifi dealer, natural foods cook and teacher of natural health and macrobiotics… and now, blogger.
Richard Seah is currently working towards generating a good income from websites, with the help of an excellent web building / web marketing programme called SiteBuildIt. To learn more, click here.

Hi Richard,
I have been following the transfat debate for a while now and agree with you that its important that people know about such issues.
On the issue of vegetable cooking oil. I am currently using so-called 100% pure peanut oil for cooking, including deep frying. Is it a good oil? What about things like canola or olive oil?
Many thanks
Metta

Very useful blog. We’re syndicating you to Singapore….
I stumbled upon this today and would like to congratulate you of having discovered the wonderful healing power of natural wellness.
More people should make informed decisions on wellness based on their own knowledge & opinions, and hope you share the same vision as well.
I congratulate you for this great site as I realise we share quite a common ground on health and wellness issues. I am too a health conscious geek and I love to impart my knowledge on nutrition to help others especially on weight loss problems.
Hi Richard
Like your site. I read Kelvin’s questions about cooking oil a year ago but disappointingly, I did not see any reply. Ah, did I miss something or did you reply him privately. I would really like to know how other people think. I was having my own thoughts about ghee and that was how I stumbled upon your website. Hope to read your replies.
Kind regards
Linda
