Hi writers,

I have 6 years old autistic son. I can’t express happy enough on his improvement on GFCF diet, on Zeolite (more words coming out, obedient) and so on… I would like to thank Dr. Yeo and Richard on your explainations and articles to let those people out there who sceptical about alternative treatment(Bio-Medical Intervention)for autism know, that there is some HOPE for autism in Singapore, especially Government-Body….

Hi Lim

Does Zenxin farm still has dragon fruit plant. I was told their Kluang farm dragon fruit plant was wipe out by virus. If so where do the dragon fruit for juicig comes from.

If only organic farmers have the integrity to principal of nature farming. Nature will reward those who abide.

This Merdeka day (31/08/09) i just make a trip to zenxin farm. A bit upset…
purchase a cup of dragon fruit juice @ RM3.50. but total taste like a plain water with red coloring…so sad..

hi, i was just googling ‘ricola aspartame’ and came here. I’m from europe and just learning about aspartame and yes, saw on the package that my beloved ricola cough drops contain aspartame. what a shame!

It is ironic that you find more food that are prepared using margarine or butter, which are more unhealthy than pork lard.

Sometime ago I had to decide between using shortening and lard for the pastry for my baked pork bun. After some research, and comparing the content, I found butter to have even more saturated fat and shortening are usually contain the nasty trans fat.

One of the populat stree food in this region is roti prata, which many of us are not aware that uses a hefty amount of margarine, i.e. palm oil that are hydrogenated to make it solid and workable.

Forgot to add. An orthopaedic surgeon last year said to me that (slightly paraphrased) “naturopathic doctors and all those are all NOT doctors”.
